1. Why should I use Sell Your Dress ?
We are the premier online site for advertising new and previously enjoyed special occasion dresses.  We do the advertising, and we do not charge a commission once you sell your item. Your online ad with Sell Your Dress will reach more buyers than traditional advertising methods and at a lower cost.

2.  How much will it cost?
Wedding Dresses    $10.95
All Other Dresses    $5.95
Front Page Item of the Week" Feature Ad    $5.95*
 (*You may purchase this option alone or in addition to your 6 month posting.  Your item will be featured for 1 week)

3. How long will my ad run?
Your ad with Sell Your Dress will be posted for 6 months.  You are always welcome to renew your posting after that time if needed, or request that your posting be removed.  There are no refunds however, if you request that the posting be removed or your item is not sold.

4. How will a buyer contact me?
Buyers will contact you directly.  Your E-Mail address will be posted along with your dress photo and ad details.

5. What should I do when I sell my item?
Let us know and we will remove it from the site.  Remember, you do not pay any commission when you sell your item.

6. How do I get started:

FOLLOW THESE 3 SIMPLE STEPS TO ADVERTISE YOUR ITEM.

ONE:    Click the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. Complete and submit the online form.  Be sure to include any special details about your item to appear in your online ad.  Please provide a phone number, in case we have a question and need to contact you.

TWO:    Send a digital photo of your dress to: michele@sellyourdress.com. 
To do this, attach a photo to your E-Mail, using your normal mail program.  Digital photos in jpeg format work best.

THREE:  Pay the advertising fee.
This is a one time payment for 6 months of online advertising of your item.  Payments can be made using the PayPal option located at the bottom of the "Contact Us" page.  We will send you a confirmation by E-Mail when your item has been posted to the site.

Sell Your Dress will not be responsible or held liable for any misrepresentations of any dress by a seller.
Items being advertised for sale on this website are shown in good faith as being for sale by the private sellers listed.
The seller warrants that the photographs submitted do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party and the seller indemnifies Sell Your Dress against any loss, costs, expenses, demands or liability.
The seller agrees to have their E-Mail or Phone Number or both, listed on the website so buyers may contact them directly.
The seller can request, at any time, to have their item removed from the website, however, no refund applies for any unsold items.
Sell Your Dress will not accept any liability for malicious or nuisance telephone calls in this regard.
Sell Your Dress accepts no responsibility for any transactions between buyers and sellers.
